General terms
These terms apply to all services provided by BridgeCare by Amina.
Services
We offer document and form assistance related to immigration, translation, community support, and Language tutoring. We do not provide legal representation or advice.
Pricing & Payment
The standard rate is $200 per application unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due before services are completed.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before we begin your form, you may receive a 50% refund. Once a form is submitted or work is completed, refunds are not available.
Liability
BridgeCare by Amina provides form assistance based on information provided by the client. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client to USCIS or any other agency.
Confidentiality
All personal data and documents shared are treated as confidential and handled securely.
